As well as cakes, there is a selection of tiny treats to choose from for simple cake displays and decadent dessert tables: macarons, meringue kisses, marshmallows, cupcakes and iced cookies.

Coffee cake layered with coffee buttercream, chocolate ganache infused with freshly ground cardamom and a sprinkling of chopped pistachios. GF.

Chocolate sponge with orange zest and ginger, filled with orange zest buttercream, ginger preserves and dark chocolate ganache. GF.

  Remember Parma Violets? Layers of zesty lime sponge, balanced with white chocolate ganache and fragrant violet buttercream in a soft lilac shade. Also available without violet. GF.

Dainty almond treats with a crispy shell and soft, chewy centre. Naturally ‘gluten-free’, they are filled with Belgian chocolate ganache in your choice of flavour and colour. Here are a few ideas:

IVORY/ WHITE: Natural almond/ lemon/ coconut/ coconut and passion fruit

PINK: White chocolate and raspberry/ Raspberry and Rose

LILAC: Blackberry, Prosecco and elderflower/ Violet, chocolate & lime

PALE YELLOW: Lemon

PALE ORANGE/ PEACH: Orange/ Orange and anise

GREEN: Pistachio/ Chocolate mint

LIGHT BROWN: Salted Caramel/ Coffee

BROWN: Chocolate.
